Cheap Christmas Cruises to the Bahamas
Norwegian Cruise Line – The Norwegian Jewel offers a 7-day Bahamas cruise roundtrip from New York. The cruise departs on December 19 and stops at Port Canaveral, Great Stirrup Cay and Nassau with three days at sea. The cruise fare starts at $599 per person.

Carnival Cruise Lines – Carnival Pride departs Baltimore on December 19th for a 7-day roundtrip cruise to the Bahamas. Ports of call include Port Canaveral, Nassau and Freeport with three days at sea. The cruise fare starts at $579 per person. Holland America Line – The Zaandam offers a 14-day Circle Hawaii Holiday cruise departing from San Diego on December 19. The ports of call include Hilo, Kauai, Honolulu, Lahaina (Maui) and Ensenada (Mexico).
Princess Cruises – The Golden Princess offers a similar 14-day Hawaii cruise departing from Los Angeles on December 22nd. Alternatively, the Sapphire Princess offers a 7-day Mexican Riviera cruise departing from Los Angeles on December 22nd. Royal Caribbean – The Mariner of the Seas offers a 7-night Mexican Riviera Christmas cruise departing from Los Angeles on December 19th. The ship will make stops at Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta.
Norwegian Cruise Line – The Norwegian Star has one of the cheapest 7-day Mexican Riviera cruises for Christmas. Departing on December 25th from Los Angeles, with the same itinerary as Royal Caribbean and Princess Cruises, NCL’s cruise fare starts at only $429.

For example, Costa Cruises’ Costa Concordia departs from Savona, Italy on December 20th for an 8-night European cruise. Ports of call include Barcelona, Civitavecchia, Malaga, Cadiz and Casablanca. The cruise fare starts from $699. Princess Cruises offers a 20-day Antarctica and South America cruise departing Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on December 20. Expect similar Christmas cruises in next year.
